To organize a computer you should use a lot of folders. Label your folders accordingly to what you see is best fit such as word documents you should put them in your word document folder and keep your games in a game folder and etc. You could also use a hierarchical form of organizing your folders by making a sub folder in the folder already created. i like to use this style of organization because it gets rid of all of the clutter on your desktop and everything will have a place for it.
Tagging- labels that you give an article so it is easier for people to find
example: if you write an article about a crime you would use tags such as crime, police, etc
Social bookmarking - it is sharing all of your bookmarks so that your bookmarks from your main desktop will follow you to any desktop.
Example: You bookmark Google then you leave your desktop and you could still access your book marks from a different computer and all you have to do is sign into a website such as Dingo to access.
